The Gachimuchi Side Sources Collaboration (Japanese: ガチムチ界隈ジャンル合作 Hepburn: Gatimuti Kaiwai Janru Gassaku) is a collaboration between users in Nico Nico Douga and YouTube to create a longer music video of side source Gachimuchi Pants Wrestling characters. They are usually uploaded on New Year's Eve, June 9th (6/9), or February 15th (the national day).
These videos feature the characters from Muchimuchi SUMO, Spirit of Water, Alexander Vishnevsky, American Gay Wrestling, Mr. Forest Bear, Metabo Macho, Lehman Brothers Bankrupt Make-out Couple and others.
The creator of the Gachimuchi Side Sources Collaboration is yhmfsng (yhmfsng さん), known for his work in the side sources of the Wrestling Series

"Neighborhood" could possibly refer to the characters being in a different neighborhood to the main characters living in Shinnippori.
