"It was, no, wasn't a new beach, but it was that day. It was that day uh, we were alone and eh, I think it was a work week and we had, you know, uh, eh, played hooky from work and stuff, and so uh, we-, it was on Long Island and we went to walk on the beaches there, and uh, with those photos unbeknownst to me, she sent them into Playgirl, and uh they have a contest called "Real Man of the Month", it's a small little contest, it's, it's, you know, just girlfriends sending in photos of their boyfriends uh, all across United States, and I was a finalist and actually won, won "Real Man of the Month", and based on those photos, I uh, was sent to Jim French and Colt Magazine, and that was actually the beginning of my uh, print career for uh, male adult world."
