"I saw progress pretty easily and, and right off the bat unbeknownst to me because prior to that I had done martial arts, I had done boxing, and most of these skills uh, although fighting, have absolutely nothing to do with building or retaining muscle, and the moment I began that process, maybe it was my background of martial arts and boxing, or the uh, dedication that I learned therein, that uh, created, created this discipline, and I, my body began to react fantastically to uh, to working out as you can see."
