This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to all information that Gachimuchi Wiki, ("Gachiwiki") under the domain name gachiwiki.info (and its subdomains) may obtain about Users when using gachiwiki.info (and its subdomains).

1. Definition of terms[edit source]

1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:[edit source]

1.1.1 "Site Administration" (hereinafter referred to as Administration) - authorized employees to manage the Gachimuchi Wiki website, who organize and/or carry out processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

1.1.2. "Personal data" - any information relating to directly or indirectly identified or defined by an individual (personal data subject).

1.1.3. "Processing of personal data" - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, removal, destruction of personal data.

1.1.4 "Confidentiality of personal data" - a mandatory requirement for the Operator or other person granted access to personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or availability of other legal grounds.

1.1.5 "Gachimuchi Wiki Website" means the aggregate of interconnected web pages located on the Internet at the unique address (URL): gachiwiki.info, as well as its sub-domains.

1.1.6. "Subdomains" are pages or a set of pages located at third-level domains belonging to the Gachimuchi Wiki website, as well as other temporary pages with contact information of the Administration at the bottom

1.1.7 "Gachimuchi Wiki Website User" (hereinafter referred to as "User") means a person accessing the Gachimuchi Wiki Website via the Internet and using the information, materials and products on the Gachimuchi Wiki Website.

1.1.8. "Cookies" - are small pieces of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which a web client or a web browser sends to the web server each time it attempts to open a page on the respective site.

1.1.9 "IP-address" means the unique network address of the node in the computer network, through which the User accesses Gachiwiki.

2. Subject of the Privacy Policy[edit source]

2.1 This Privacy Policy sets out the obligations of the Administration not to disclose and ensure the protection of the data which the User provides to the Site.

2.2 The Administration shall not distribute its Users' data to any third parties.

2.3. Gachimuchi Wiki is a non-profit organization, which means that content is not monetized by advertisers or third parties, as a result of which collecting information about users is not demanding.

2.4 Gachimuchi Wiki does not permit anyone other than authorized persons to create, modify/edit content posted on the site, which means that authorization is not required of the users.

2.5 Gachiwiki protects the Data that is automatically transmitted when pages are visited:

- IP address;
- information from cookies;
- browser information
- access time;
- referrer (previous page address).

2.5.1 Gachiwiki collects statistics about the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to prevent, detect and solve technical problems.

2.6 Any other personal information not mentioned above (visit history, browsers used, operating systems, etc.) shall be stored securely and not disclosed.

3. Rights and obligations of the parties[edit source]

3.1 The User shall be entitled to:[edit source]

3.1.1 Make a free decision to provide his/her data necessary to use the Gachimuchi Wiki website and consent to its processing.

3.2 The Administration shall:[edit source]

3.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in clause 2 of this Privacy Policy.

3.2.2 Keep confidential information secret, not disclose it without prior written permission of the User, and not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose in any other ways the personal data of the User.

3.2.3 Take precautionary measures to protect User's data according to the procedure generally used for protection.

4. Responsibility of the Parties[edit source]

4.1 The Administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is responsible for the losses, incurred by the User due to the unauthorized use of the personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except the cases, provided by this Privacy Policy.

4.2 The User acknowledges that any information (including but not limited to: data files, texts, etc.) that the User may have access to as part of the Gachimuchi Wiki site is the responsibility of the person who provided such information.

4.2 The User agrees that the information made available to them as part of the Gachimuchi Wiki site may be a piece of intellectual property that is protected and owned by other Users who post such information on the Gachimuchi Wiki site.

4.3 Textual material (articles, publications that are publicly available on Gachimuchi Wiki) may be distributed on the condition that there is a link to Gachiwiki.
