VS. Biollante Series (Japanese: VSビオランテシリーズ Hepburn: VS Biorante Shirizu) is a niconico tag attached to videos in which various opponents fight by fighting Biollante.

The scene comes from the popular Can-Am Productions and Mark Wolff Productions co-produced 1999 American adult film, Lords of the Lockerroom in which the introduction of the 2nd scene (often titled Mark Wolff vs. Van Darkholme or Biollante vs. TDN (ビオランテvsＴＤＮ)) in the film shows Mark Wolff and Van Darkholme stripping out of their clothes (bar their trunks) and settling it on the locker room mat. However, Van's head in the scene is edited with another non-related head instead.

For instance, Farfa (a Japanese laundry detergent) was pasted onto TDN Kosugi's head for the first 45 seconds of the video below, it was the beginning of the niconico tag.
niconico users were first exposed of the iconic unedited scene on April 20, 2008; featuring Van's debut into Gachimuchi Pants Wrestling.
