A flower (Japanese: 花, hana) is the reproductive structure found in flowering plants. The biological function of a flower is to effect reproduction, usually by providing a mechanism for the union of sperm with eggs. Flowers may facilitate outcrossing or allow selfing. Some flowers produce diaspores without fertilization.
Role in Gachimuchi Pants Wrestling[edit | edit source]
In the film Wolff's World, Mark and Philippe's genitals are censored by flowers[1], those being the white rose for Biollante and the pink rose for Hiroshi.
Authentic Gachimuchi Information[edit | edit source]
- Early tradition used white roses as a symbol for true love, an association which would later become the hallmark of the red rose. Also known as the bridal rose, the white rose is a traditional wedding flower.
- Conveying thoughtfulness, passion, sentiment, and packing a contemporary color punch, pink roses are the perfect type of rose for multipurpose occasions. They were the first color rose cultivated, since pink roses are most common in the wild.
- Interesting of note is that the flower on Philippe's crotch changes from pink to blue in one scene when he showers.
- Another name for Gachimuchi is "薔薇" (bara), which means "rose".
