Prologue

A man lights a candle with a cigarette lighter, pleasures himself, and leaves his semen on a fire hydrant. He later burns a building, which turns out to be possibly a motel.

At Fire Station #69 at 5:53 A.M., firemen Alex Wilcox, Brent Banes, and Eric Evans were sleeping on their beds. Eric Evans pulls out his penis and sleep masturbates. Billy Herrington, unable to control himself of his gay urges, reaches out and plays with Eric Evans' penis while Eric was sleeping.

Eric wakes up, sees his exposed penis, and looks to his left to see Brent Banes, believing Brent to be the culprit. Eric asks Brent a question about why he played with his penis. Getting no answers from Brent, Eric then quickly approaches the sleeping Brent to rub his penis on Brent's face in retaliation. This leads to a long scene where Brent and Eric perform sex acts on one another before having sex in a different room with the men swapping positions.

In the same fire station, fire chief Billy (Billy Herrington) tells his colleagues (Cameron Sage and Gregg Rockwell) to rush to the burning motel, and helps a newer cadet (Steve Cassidy) by removing an excess sock in one of his boots.

After extinguishing its fires, Billy and two of his colleagues (Gregg Rockwell and Mark Slade) investigate the source of the fires. Gregg Rockwell says that the arsonist does the same thing all the time: leaves behind evidence of gas cans, lighters, and shoots his wad all over the gas cans. Billy believes that the arsonist is doing this to screw with him and his firemen. Billy then touches the semen, licks it, and tells his firemen that it is indeed semen, or at least it smells like it. Mark, laughing at his fire chief, asks Billy on how would he know what semen smells like with Billy answering to him that had he ever masturbated. Mark tells Billy that he'd do that if there weren't any women around and tells Billy to change the conversation due to the risk of them being misinterpreted as homosexuals by all the other firemen. Gregg tells Billy that the fire captain is a bigot. Billy then defuses the conversation by telling his subordinates to secure the area and tell the arson department that their task is done. Mark then takes a bit of the arsonist's semen onto his fingers, tells Gregg to smell it, and rubs it quickly onto the petite, but hairy fireman's face.

The incident that Billy and his men cleared out was later broadcast live by a man known as Martin Wannamaker, who adds that the aforementioned incident, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department in Arson Squad, a string of recent fires were connected to a serial arsonist, with the suspected arsonist leaving behind gasoline cans, gasoline soaked rags, lighters, and his semen covered the scorched gasoline cans. Now, all fire departments are on high alert for any more fires caused by that perpetrator, who is dubbed as the "Semen Arsonist".

Sock in a Boot

When Billy and his colleagues return to Fire Station #69, Billy asks two of them (Cameron Sage and Gregg Rockwell) on which of them had put a sock in Steve's boots. Steve tells Billy to let it go, but Billy refuses as he wants to know why Steve is being harassed, Steve then angrily replies his homosexuality is the reason and walks off. Billy then tells the two to treat him better as Steve is part of their team. Billy tells the two to head to the shower room.

Shower Fantasy

Billy Herrington strips down and heads to the shower where he briefly meets Steve Cassidy. Steve leaves the shower room with Billy staring right at him without the two men talking to each other.

Steve Shannon is the first man to appear in the shower fantasy. Gregg Rockwell then appears next as he does his shower techniques. Finally, Alex Wilcox appears as the final man in the shower. Billy and the other three men then begin to beat off in the shower. The three men finish earlier than Billy and watch Billy as Billy finishes up with masturbating. After he is finished, Billy takes a bit of semen from the tip of his penis with his index finger and puts it in his mouth. Once Billy finally comes to, he is seen alone, shocked, as he was the only man in the shower all along.

Meeting at Billy's Office

Billy reads some files in his office. Bo Garrett, Billy's long-haired younger brother, knocks at his office's door, and Billy invites him in. Billy tells Bo Garrett that he is not supposed to return to the fire station, as he was very drunk on the last time he was present. Bo Garrett replies that he wants to pay his brother a visit, and that he is not drunk, but did smoke a bit.

Billy guesses the reason why Bo Garrett came back to the fire station was for a financial reason, and Bo answers that he has a loan that he's good for. Before Bo could tell what job he was working at, Billy suggested Bo to quit his dead-end jobs that will never materialize, tells him to get rid of his tattoos that have cartoon figures in them, and offers Bo to work for the cadet program as a firefighter. Bo tells Billy that he loves fire, as it arouses him. When Billy wanted to speak to him about something gnawing at him, Bo became uninterested as he dismissed it as another big brother lecture.

Outside of the office, Steve Cassidy bumps into Cameron Sage. Cameron responds to this by saying that the homosexual needed to watch where he was going. Steve tells Cameron to "get fucked" because every other fireman working in the station already had sex with Cameron. Mark Slade tries to stop Cameron from starting a fight with Steve because Billy was very close by and tells Cameron that no one wants to have anal sex with him. Cameron tells Mark to shut up and warns Steve to watch himself, because he was playing with fire with him.

Billy then comes up with the strength to talk about himself. Bo responds that Billy could talk. Billy, who was drunk, told Bo about his feelings. Bo asked a question about the gay stuff that he heard from Billy. Billy then goes into detail of what exactly he experienced, did, and confides to Bo.

Billy's gay fantasies were coming up to him very frequently and he got turned on by them. He fantasized about three men entering the shower with Billy and all four of them beating off in the shower. Billy liked that fantasy. Then, Billy talks about how one of the firemen were sleeping earlier today (Eric Evans) and he reached out and played with his penis.

Bo assures Billy that "Sex is sex!", being straight or gay doesn't matter, they are good and natural, and tells Billy not to worry about those fantasies.

As Steve knocks at Billy's office door, Billy tells Bo to keep their conversation a secret. Billy introduces Steve to Bo as Steve was discussing about a scheduling problem; Billy talks about how Bo was going to leave very soon. Steve then says that he came at the wrong time, apologizes for it, and Billy says that he'll need 15 minutes after talking to Bo, with Steve being okay with it.

After Steve leaves, but not before an up close shot of Billy's beautiful blue eyes, Bo tells Billy about wanting to have anal sex with Steve. Billy responds to Bo that Steve is the new cadet who is gay, and caught a lot of trouble from doing so by all the other firemen in the station because he was "cool and out of the closet". Bo then suggests Billy to bring Steve to the rooftop to show him "twenty inches of pleasure". Billy reacts by dismissing Bo's suggestion and angrily forces Bo to stay away from Steve, and leave the fire station through the back.

Bo retorts by shutting Billy's mouth and that they both share blood together, and Billy needs to stop with his high-and-mighty attitude which supposedly began since he joined the fire station. Bo mocks Billy's position as a "Mr. Big Shot Fire Chief", mocks how Billy hated seeing things burn, and how Billy was trying vainly save the world before scoffing.

Billy, in response to Bo, tells him that he "dialed the wrong number" and picked the wrong guy to mess with. Billy asserts that Bo was a psycho that needed to get off the drugs and alcohol. Billy then angrily tells Bo that he didn't care what he did as long he got out of his office quicker. Bo leaves the office, but not before declaring that he hated Billy anyway.

As Bo leaves Billy's office, Billy flips the bird, sits down, and puts on a display of disbelief of his brother.

Firefighter Fantasy

Billy then goes to his room to sleep with only his underwear on.

A bare-chested Gregg Rockwell wipes the sides of a firetruck. Billy Herrington who is naked, approaches, fondles Gregg, undresses Gregg, and Gregg eventually manages to perform fellatio on Billy. A third man fades in and appears to be Michael Brandon who also performs fellatio on Billy while Gregg switches to licking Billy's nipple. Cameron Sage then fades in. He appears on the top of the firetruck. Cameron then performs fellatio on Billy.

The four men then perform sex acts on each other, until, finally, as the final man in the fantasy, Steve Cassidy fades in the firetruck's passenger seat and steps out of it. Steve then magically moves to the music in a low amount of frames for a short period, and approaches the four men while they physically worship Billy's fine tuned body. Once Steve talks to Billy about him and the others demanding anal sex, Gregg then has anal sex in the doggy style position with Steve. Steve, while in the sex position, wants Billy to have anal sex with him and stares at Billy vigorously. Michael Brandon then offers to top Steve with Steve lying down on the firetruck, but this time in the missionary position.

Finally, after all the graphic sex, the four men then masturbate and ejaculate onto Steve Cassidy's stomach and chest with Steve masturbating and ejaculating on his stomach and chest.

Billy Herrington remains standing on top of the same firetruck, by himself suddenly, and rubs his naked, muscular body all over.

Fire Alarm

As Billy's dream ends, he is waken up by the fire alarm and quickly dresses himself. As he heads to the firetruck, John Johnson, a fireman who doesn't participate in anal sex or sex acts in the film, sees that Billy looks like he's dazed and confused. Billy responds that he was sleeping.

Long Haired, Half-Naked Bo

As it turned out, Bo never left the fire station after being asked to do so. Bo is seen sniffing and feeling the jackets of the firemen before being alerted by the chatter of the incoming Mark Slade and Luke Savage and hides behind two acetylene tanks in a canister.

Mark Slade and Luke Savage, believing that they were the only men around, tells Luke Savage that no one knew that they both were in a gay relationship with each other. Mark Slade wanted to have sex with Luke Savage throughout the week all along.

Suddenly, Mark Slade sees Bo hiding and shouts out his name. Bo then sees the two men before running off quickly to Billy's office to hide. Mark Slade then tells Luke Savage that they both need to go chase Billy's weirdo brother.

As Mark Slade and Luke Savage come to Billy's office to see Bo, Bo confirms that Mark knew about him. Bo then lies about how he performed fellatio on Billy multiple times on the roof of the fire station.

Mark Slade offers Bo to not tell anyone that Bo was in Billy's office and that Mark Slade was in a relationship with Luke Savage by having Bo perform fellatio on Mark Slade. Bo accepts the offer and performs fellatio onto Mark Slade. Bo then takes turns in performing fellatio on Mark Slade and Luke Savage.

Eyewitness

As Steve and Billy approach Cameron, the two men greet Cameron. Cameron then tells the firemen that he saw Bo leave the fire station through the back of it, stole one of the jackets, and didn't have any pants on.

Billy is angered by the news and leaves. Steve places his right hand on Cameron's chest, tricks him into looking down, and hits Cameron's long chin with the same hand.

Billy Herrington puts his work outfit to his locker, grabs a pair of shorts, and is greeted by Eric Evans. Eric tells him that the Arson department found a fax on the finger prints on the gas tank. Eric asks Billy if there was any DNA identification of the Semen Arsonist's "white, slimy stuff". Billy says no and tells Eric to put the fax in his office. Billy then requests to work out on top of the rooftop, alone, to release bad tension. Eric agrees and will get everybody to stay clear of the rooftop.

Billy Herrington vs. Steve Cassidy

While Billy was going up to the rooftop, Steve Cassidy was seen sleeping on top of the rooftop until he is woken up by a sound. Steve's attention is directed to Billy, who is preparing to do a few push-ups. Steve squints his eyes and smiles at the great peak that he has of Billy. As Billy was in the middle of taking off his shorts and masturbating, Steve masturbates to Billy, but makes a sudden movement and trips a nearby water bottle, which immediately catches Billy's attention.

Billy, shocked, asks how long did Steve stay on the rooftop. Steve replies that he knew long enough to see how big Billy is. Billy then asks what he is and tells Steve to come to him.

Left with no other choice, Steve approaches Billy. Billy requests Steve to stand on the mat with Billy asking what he is. Steve answers that Billy is big and tells his supervisor to relax. Steve wonders if Billy wants to workout. Billy asks Steve if he wants to workout with him, with Steve agreeing. Billy asks Steve if he knows how to wrestle with Steve confirming that he does know how to wrestle. Billy and Steve begin to take off their shoes.

Billy and Steve settle it in an intense, but brief wrestling match before performing intimate, sex acts with each other which ends in Billy topping Steve and Billy ejaculating on Steve's stomach.

Steve tells Billy that he did not expect Billy to do this with Billy having the same reaction; however, Billy confides to Steve that he often thought about doing this, several times, with Steve, for a very long time. Billy realizes that he finally came out to Steve. Steve asks if Billy was okay and if he liked it. Billy answers that he very much liked what he just did and wanted more of it. Billy and Steve then french kiss each other.

Finale

The Semen Arsonist is revealed to be Bo Garrett. Bo entered the apartment that he would later burn down, but not before dousing his signature gasoline can, a paint can, and alcohol. Bo grabs the alcohol and sniffs the jacket he stole.

Back in the fire station, Steve runs into Billy as Billy asks Steve to consider going on a date, which Steve accepts. They later respond to another fire alarm.

Martin Wannamaker makes his second and final appearance in the film as he reports on an apartment fire in the Hollywood area. He says that fire officials have not yet determined if the fire was the Semen Arsonist's doing. He also says that the Arson department found a DNA trace of the baked semen that Eric Evans once told Billy about.

The fireman reach their destination with Steve kicking and running towards the burning apartment.

As Steve looks for survivors by knocking on each door with his fire ax and entering each door, smoke quickly rises from inside of the apartment.

Steve then heads down to the basement to encounter Bo. As Steve tries to get Bo to get out of the apartment, Bo knocks down Steve with one punch, leaves him unconscious, steals his helmet, and wears a jacket to attempt to trick others into thinking that he wasn't the perpetrator of the fire.

Steve finally comes to and tries to escape as fire quickly spreads around him. As Steve rushes towards the exit, he collapses, with Billy rescuing him in the process. Billy tries to keep Steve conscious, Steve then says he won't go anywhere. Billy then says that he knew of the perpetrator because he found the DNA trace of Bo. Billy tells Steve to rest as he tries to draw the attention of the ambulance.

Epilogue

Later, two paramedics (Rod Stetson and Rafael Escorcia) arrive onto the scene and puts Steve on a hospital bed. Before Steve departs for the hospital, Billy french kisses him which surprised three firemen (Gregg Rockwell, John Johnson, and Mark Slade) as they were watching and Billy then gave his regards. Billy approaches the three firemen and says "Hey! It's quite a big surprise guys. Haven't you seen two gay men kissing before?"

Bo is seen arrested and put into a police car. Enraged by this, Bo vainly tries to convince someone to get him out of the police car.
